About us

Being a consumer today is far from simple, as there are many options when selecting household goods, financial products, and much more, as well as many companies competing for your business offering deals, discounts, and greater convenience. Consumers should be able to trust that these businesses are being truthful and straightforward and that they will receive the goods and services for which they rightfully paid. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and, when a company engages in fraud or other wrongdoing, consumers often pay the price. If you have suffered harm due to wrongdoing on the part of a company, you should discuss your situation with a qualified consumer protection attorney as soon as possible.

We stand for the rights of consumers

We represent the rights of consumers in a wide variety of matters. Some cases we successfully handle may arise out of the following types of wrongdoing on the part of a company:

  • False advertising;
  • Misrepresentation of the quality or characteristics of a good or service;
  • Breach of warranty or guarantee;
  • Sales of defective or dangerous products;
  • Unjustified or undisclosed fees;
  • Unlawful attempts to collect debt;
  • Wrongful release of personal and/or sensitive information due to privacy or data breaches;
  • Breach of contract; and
  • Inaccurate or unfair credit reporting

While it may seem intimidating to challenge a business in court, consumers should never have to simply accept unfair, deceptive, or wrongful treatment that causes them financial, emotional, or physical harm.
